Rest is our human right but yet we don't make time for it. We tell ourselves we'll rest later, but this time never comes.

This is why I'm setting up this challenge so that you can experience rest every day for 7 days straight - in micro-moments each day (15 mins or less).

Rest is more than napping, sleeping and Netflix! There are 7 types of rest and you'll get to sample each one during this week. If you find it hard to lean into rest, Iā€™m giving you the permission slip you need to engage in a slice of rest each day for 7 days in a row.
